Billing Portal recovered.

Access to the impacted node has been fully restored. We are connecting with the various teams involved in resolution to compile notes and determine the exact causes of the issue. We will continue to monitor this node closely to ensure ongoing service.

After several attempts to revive the impacted node, a hardware reboot was issued and services have been tentatively restored. We continue to monitor the impacted node and will perform further maintenance as necessary.

Service has been restored to the impacted node. We are still investigating the root cause and monitoring the node for further issues.
