Maintenance

Our upstream datacenter vendor will perform emergency maintenance to upgrade the software release version on the Datacenter Edge router(s) at our Hillsboro Data Center. This software upgrade release will mitigate an existing defect and avoid future network events. During the upgrade, we expect there will be no customer impact.

Starting on December 8th, 2021 at 20:00 ET, one of our upstream partners will implement scheduled maintenance as part of a large-scale project to upgrade code on the core network infrastructure. During the upgrade, we expect there will be no customer impact.
