After investigation, we have not located any internal networking components that would have caused this networking failure. We have determined the issue only impacted European customers, likely caused by an intermittent regional network routing issue. We will continue to monitor and provide any updates should they become available.

20 minutes ago we received report from our monitoring systems that ALL nodes in our platform were offline.

Upon checking, we were still able connect to and administer all nodes and all customer websites that we spot-checked remained online.

This leads us to believe that there was a networking issue external to our platform that was impacting only a portion of internet traffic.

Our monitoring is, as of about 5 minutes ago, reporting normal response.

We are continuing to monitor the situation to (1) ensure there is no problem with the platform and (2) obtain more information about possible network outages impacting select geographical regions external to our platform.
